  • We offer services to children and adults enrolled in the Virginia Medicaid Disability Waiver. Specifically, we provide Therapeutic Behavior Consultation to individuals covered under both the Family and Individual Supports Waiver (FIS) and the Community Living (CL) waiver. Additionally, we deliver Individual Family Caregiver Training to those under the Family and Individual Supports Waiver (FIS). We collaborate closely with local Community Services Boards to ensure individuals have the appropriate waiver and that services are fully funded by the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS).

  • Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide services to individuals anywhere in the state of Virginia. We will work with Community Services Board (CSB) or Behavioral Health Authority (BHA) to initiate services. We accept referrals from Support Coordinators, family members, or individuals seeking our services based on their needs.

  • Therapeutic Behavior Consultation can be provided in person or both in person and virtually for individuals receiving waiver support and case management from any of the following Community Service Boards:

    • Colonial Behavioral Health

    • Middle Peninsula Northern Neck CSB

    • District 19 Community Services Board

    • Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board

    • Norfolk Community Services Board

    • Virginia Beach Human Services

    • Eastern Shore Community Service Board

360 Behavior Consulting was established in 2014 with a vision centered on multidisciplinary collaboration to revolutionize service delivery for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Virginia Medicaid DD Waiver. We employ a person-centered, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed approach to foster meaningful behavior change for the individuals we serve. We blend experience, professionalism, authentic compassion, and evidenced based interventions to empower individuals of all ages to flourish and reach their fullest potential.

With over 10 years of dedicated service as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) we offer essential support and training for children and adults with intellectual, emotional, and behavioral differences receiving services through the Virginia Medicaid DD Waiver.

Our Behavior Analysts are:

Licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine and Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Comply with the Code of Virginia to assure and protect the legal and human rights of all Individuals receiving services.

Are culturally competent and bilingual. Services can be provided in either English or Spanish.
