Lynn Husband

M.Ed. BCBA LBA

  • Lynn Husband M.Ed BCBA LBA is deeply dedicated to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards, with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with exceptional needs across diverse environments. Her career began as an intern at the Northern Virginia Training Center, where she worked with adults with Intellectual Disabilities, sparking her passion for behavior analysis and advocacy. Over the years, Lynn has grown into a seasoned BCBA, educator, and non-attorney special education advocate.

    Lynn holds Level 1 Certification in Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) of Severe Problem Behavior, a master’s degree in Special Education and a Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University. Lynn is licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland, Virginia, and Texas, and previously held a Post-Graduate Special Education teaching license in Nevada and Virginia. She served as a teacher specializing in Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Learning Disabilities for elementary and middle school students for 6 years before becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014.

    Lynn is highly experienced in using verbal behavior to promote language development, teaching functional communication skills, and enhancing essential life skills. Her professional journey includes starting and directing an early intervention ABA clinic for military children with ASD, overseeing quality assurance as Director of a nonprofit clinic for teenagers and adults with Autism, providing remote clinical case management, supervising graduate students pursuing BACB certification, consulting with and training school districts, advocating for families at IEP and 504 meetings, and providing Therapeutic Behavior Consultation (TC) and Individual Family Caregiver Training (IFCT) for individuals on the DDW in Virginia. Lynn emphasizes the importance of robust partnerships and effective communication among stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to achieve meaningful behavior changes for individuals. Beyond her role as a Behavior Analyst, Lynn is a strong advocate for ensuring that all children receive a Free and Appropriate Public Education. She has extensive training as a non-attorney special education advocate and holds certifications including Board Certified Special Education Advocate, Master IEP Coach, Certified Dyslexia Advocate, and COPAA Seat 2.0 graduate.

Ledin Romero

M.Ed. BCBA LBA

  • Ledin Romero M.Ed. BCBA LBA is a highly qualified Behavior Analyst with a diverse academic background in sociology, special education, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). She earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Virginia, Wise, an M.Ed in Special Education from George Mason University, and a post-graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Ledin is licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Maryland and Virginia. Before transitioning to ABA, she worked as a special education teacher.

    Her career in ABA began as a behavior technician, advancing to roles such as lead RBT and head trainer. Ledin obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2021 and subsequently served as a clinical case supervisor at a nonprofit clinic in Maryland, specializing in teenagers and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). During this time she also provided Therapeutic Behavior Consultation services under the Developmental Disability Waiver in Virginia. Ledin excels in offering training and support to families from diverse cultural backgrounds, utilizing various settings including in-home, clinic-based, remote, and community-based environments.

    What distinguishes Ledin is her dedication to culturally responsive ABA therapy, especially for underserved minority communities. Being a native of El Salvador, she tailors her services to Spanish-speaking populations. This commitment is evident in her bilingual therapeutic consultation services across Virginia and her initiative to conduct free parent training workshops for the Spanish-speaking community in Northern Virginia, hosted at local churches.

At 360 Behavior Consulting, we are committed to designing and implementing ethically sound behavior change interventions that focus on minimizing the risk of harm to the individual or stakeholders. Using person-centered planning and a trauma informed approach, our BCBAs document behaviors of concern, potential risks, exposure to possible adverse experiences, and environmental variables that could impact treatment.
